Food Products
Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review your request and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund.
Non-Refundable Items
We cannot offer refunds for:
• Change of mind
• Incorrect delivery address provided by the customer
• Products that have been opened or consumed
Refund Process Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
